This project was located at the Dadeland Mall in Miami, FL.  The Track & Field Store was our client for this 420 sf retail space.  Argos Builders worked very closely with the Architect and Engineer on this project, especially since the owner's representative was located in Brazil.  The exclusive athletics store required very particular and high-end finishes, such as audio/visual, lighting, signage, flooring, and custom storefront. Working in such a small space had its unique challenges with coordinating material deliveries and subcontractors to properly execute the schedule.  The project was completed and Track & Field opened for business in April of 2016.
