Argos Builders, LLC is a full-service General Contractor whose corporate office is located in Winter Garden, Florida just west of Orlando. Founded in 2007, the company began when the construction industry was going through a tumultuous time. Argos Builders was able to hold steadfast during that time and began increasing when economic conditions improved.
Until 2020, Argos Builders LLC travelled to the eastern half of the United States for various types of project. However, after a restructuring of the company, we have streamlined our processed and now focus solely on Florida projects. Mission Statement: To develop successful and long lasting partnerships by exceeding expectations and building trust with our clients by producing a quality product on time and within budget.
By viewing clients as business partners and not merely a contract, we develop long-term, trusting relationships where clients request our services for future projects. Emphasis on honesty, communication, timeliness, and the quality of the finished product are the attributes for which the company has been highly recognized by clients. The importance and execution of time management skills is the attribute that sets us apart. This attribute also translates into time and cost savings on each project.

We are a full-service commercial construction company that works with our clients before, during, and after the actual construction, customizing our services to meet the specific needs of that particular project.
Pre-construction - We offer pre-construction services to save time and money, assist in making early decisions about design, materials, and construction plans; streamline the construction project from start to finish to reduce the likelihood of change orders that drive up costs and cause delays; and provide competitive labor and materials estimates. Construction Management - We manage construction projects with both office and field expertise and efficiency. We have experienced management staff and on-site superintendents that are skilled in the management of time and budget, maintaining the construction schedule, and subcontractor and personnel coordination. Project Completion - We ensure that all aspects of the scope of work have been completed to the clients' satisfaction. As part of our close out process, we provide all close out documentation and perform a final walk-through with the client to present them with their new space. |

Jason Dominger – Owner and President.
Jason has been in the construction industry for 25+ years. He began his career as a carpenter apprentice in New York. This is where he gained his knowledge of all aspects of the trade, refined his strong work ethic and developed his passion and eye for a high quality finish. His commitment to excellence and ability to learn quickly advanced him into management positions. Starting with hands on experience, he quickly advanced to foreman, then superintendent constructing hotels, retail stores, and various commercial projects throughout the US. Just prior to the startup of Argos Builders, LLC in 2007, he was building multi-family and single family homes, gaining experience in the project management position. It didn’t take long for him to realize that one of the key components to a project’s success is time management. Jason has made time management a top priority for Argos Builders, LLC, allowing the team to deliver high quality projects resulting in cost savings to the client. Another key component is resource management. Since the inception of Argos Builders, LLC, Jason has handpicked his personnel ensuring that each individual possesses not only the necessary skill and experience, but also falls in line with the company philosophy and goals.

Wendy Lavery - Director of Operations
Wendy joined the Argos Builders Team in August of 2013. Her Degree in Business Administration and 25+ years of experience in various types of construction office settings have been a big part in streamlining the growth process for Argos Builders. After working in the Property Tax Administration Program with the State of Florida for 13 years, she went to the private sector migrating from concrete construction to small and large commercial construction companies. She used her diversity of experience to plan and implement processes to help boost Argos Builders to the next level and to anticipate future growth. She is responsible for the operational processes of the office, as well as Administrative, Financial, Human Resources, Legal, Marketing, and Estimating Departments.

Gary Schilling – Project Manager
Gary became part of the Argos Builders Team in August of 2016. He started his career in construction early on and after earning his degree in Business and Finance became the owner of a Framing and Trim company. He worked on high-end residential and commercial projects that included banks, healthcare facilities, offices and industrial projects. He also spent close to a decade as an Operations Manager/Project Manager for a luxury Home Builder where he received many commendations for outstanding performance and client satisfaction. After returning to commercial construction, he managed public transportation, retail, restaurant, and office projects from estimating to final walk through with the client. Gary effectively uses his skills and his experience for the overall planning, coordination, and quality control of our projects, as well as overseeing our field personnel. He is responsible for carrying out our Mission Statement of delivering to our clients a quality product on time and within budget.
