Argos Builders, LLC is a full-service General Contractor whose corporate office is located in Winter Garden, Florida just west of Orlando. Founded in 2007, the company began when the construction industry was going through a tumultuous time. Argos Builders was able to hold steadfast during that time and began increasing when economic conditions improved. The company has been growing exponentially for the last few years, doubling in size as well as the number of projects completed in the 2013 calendar year and an increase of 85% in 2014.
From our headquarters in Florida, Argos Builders, LLC is able to manage projects nationwide, by deploying capable personnel to the project site. Our range of work has been predominantly in the eastern half of the United States. However, Argos Builders, LLC has worked a number of projects outside of this area and is capable of expanding into most any state as needed. Mission Statement: To develop successful and long lasting partnerships by exceeding expectations and building trust with our clients by producing a quality product on time and within budget.
By viewing clients as business partners and not merely a contract, we develop long-term, trusting relationships where clients request our services for future projects. Emphasis on honesty, communication, timeliness, and the quality of the finished product are the attributes for which the company has been highly recognized by clients. The importance and execution of time management skills is the attribute that sets us apart. This attribute also translates into time and cost savings on each project.

We are a full-service commercial construction company that works with our clients before, during, and after the actual construction, customizing our services to meet the specific needs of that particular project.
Pre-construction - We offer pre-construction services to save time and money, assist in making early decisions about design, materials, and construction plans; streamline the construction project from start to finish to reduce the likelihood of change orders that drive up costs and cause delays; and provide competitive labor and materials estimates. Construction Management - We manage construction projects with both office and field expertise and efficiency. We have experienced management staff and on-site superintendents that are skilled in the management of time and budget, maintaining the construction schedule, and subcontractor and personnel coordination. Project Completion - We ensure that all aspects of the scope of work have been completed to the clients' satisfaction. As part of our close out process, we provide all close out documentation and perform a final walk-through with the client to present them with their new space. |

Jason Dominger – Owner and President.
Jason has been in the construction industry for 20+ years. He began his career as a carpenter apprentice in New York. This is where he gained his knowledge of all aspects of the trade, refined his strong work ethic and developed his passion and eye for a high quality finish. His commitment to excellence and ability to learn quickly advanced him into management positions. Starting with hands on experience, he quickly advanced to foreman, then superintendent constructing hotels, retail stores, and various commercial projects throughout the US. Just prior to the startup of Argos Builders, LLC in 2007, he was building multi-family and single family homes, gaining experience in the project management position. It didn’t take long for him to realize that one of the key components to a project’s success is time management. Jason has made time management a top priority for Argos Builders, LLC, allowing the team to deliver high quality projects resulting in cost savings to the client. Another key component is resource management. Since the inception of Argos Builders, LLC, Jason has handpicked his personnel ensuring that each individual possesses not only the necessary skill and experience, but also falls in line with the company philosophy and goals.

Wendy Lavery - Director of Operations
Wendy joined the Argos Builders Team in August of 2013. Her Degree in Business Administration and 20+ years of experience in various types of construction office settings have been a big part in streamlining the growth process for Argos Builders. After working in the Property Tax Administration Program with the state for 13 years, she went to the private sector migrating from concrete construction to small and large commercial construction companies. She used her diversity of experience to plan and implement processes to help boost Argos Builders to the next level and to anticipate future growth. She is responsible for the operational processes of the office, as well as Administrative, Financial, Human Resources, Legal, Marketing, and Estimating Departments.

Blaire Reyes - Estimator
Blaire became our first dedicated estimator for the Argos Builders Team, joining us in September of 2015. Her construction experience began as an electrician’s apprentice completing daily field installations. She earned her journeyman license and continued to work in the field for several years until an estimator’s position became available in the company. As an estimator she enjoyed working with different general contractor’s and suppliers, as well as gathering all the data to prepare estimates and proposals. She advanced to the position of Service Coordinator for the same company ordering materials, arranging permitting, assisting with invoicing and payroll, as well as handling all the dispatch calls from the customers to the field. With Argos Builders, she has returned to the type of work she enjoys best, estimating. Her duties include reviewing drawings in order to have full knowledge of the details of potential projects, working with subcontractors to ensure they submit accurate bids in a timely manner, completing material takeoffs from the drawings, and assimilating the information to derive a competitive proposal prior to the submission deadline.

Elizabeth Gottschalk - Project Administrator
Elizabeth is a highly motivated employee and student. Her can-do attitude is demonstrated by the earning of her CNA License, AA Degree, AS Degree, BA Degree, and currently studying for her Master of Science Degree in Clinical Mental Health all while working full-time positions. Elizabeth joined Argos Builders in February of 2014 and has a natural ability to multitask and maintains the organization of the company. She also serves as liaison between Argos Builders and public officials, subcontractors, clients, and vendors. Besides functioning as the information center of the office and administrative support for both the main office and field personnel, her responsibilities include project set up, subcontractor contracts and compliance forms, and project tracking through closeout. Her tracking and organizational skills as well as the ability to effectively communicate and coordinate between the main office and field are defining factors that keep our projects moving along smoothly.

Gary Schilling – Project Manager
Gary became part of the Argos Builders Team in August of 2016. He started his career in construction early on and after earning his degree in Business and Finance became the owner of a Framing and Trim company. He worked on high-end residential and commercial projects that included banks, healthcare facilities, offices and industrial projects. He also spent close to a decade as an Operations Manager/Project Manager for a luxury Home Builder where he received many commendations for outstanding performance and client satisfaction. After returning to commercial construction, he managed public transportation, retail, restaurant, and office projects from estimating to final walk through with the client. Gary effectively uses his skills and his experience for the overall planning, coordination, and quality control of our projects, as well as overseeing our field personnel. He is responsible for carrying out our Mission Statement of delivering to our clients a quality product on time and within budget.
