This project was located at The Promenade at Coconut Creek in Coconut Creek, FL and was completed for Stanbery Development.  This was a 2,819 sf tenant build out for The Picture People studios and required all major trades.  Construction was completed in June of 2010, a week ahead of schedule and within budget.
