Shoe Carnival - West Palm Beach, FL

This project was an interior build-out for landlord, Morguard Property Management at the Westwood Shopping Center in West Palm Beach, FL.  The 8,450 sf existing space was reconfigured to accommodate the new tenant, Shoe Carnival's specifications and materials.  It also required all major trades such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and fire protection systems.  This project was completed in April of 2017.
