The location of this project was at The Shops at Colorado in Denton, TX and was completed for owner, RCG Ventures I, LLC.  The 4,212 sf space was an interior build out to suit tenant Once Upon a Child and involved most major trades.  It was completed on time and within budget in May of 2013.
