It's Fashion White Box - Washington, NC

Argos Builders, LLC completed this project for the landlord, RCG Ventures I, LLC, in Washington, NC.  The project was to prepare a White Box for the retailer, It's Fashion to install their finishes.  Our portion of the work included overhaul of the HVAC, electrical, lighting, and fire sprinkler systems.  Then we were able to reconfigure the walls and add bathrooms to their specifications, as well as finish the acoustical ceiling and floors.  This project was completed in October of 2016.
