The Guitar Center project was located at The Promenade at Coconut Creek in Coconut Creek, FL and completed for the owner, Garrison Investment Group.  This 11,436 sf project was the shell work for the tenant including structural, mechanical, and electrical.  It was completed in December of 2011 on time and within budget.
