Facade Enhancements - Weeki Wachee, FL
The Facade Enhancement Project to the Weeki Wachee Shopping Center was completed in September of 2014 for Morguard Management Co. Argos Builders, LLC worked very closely with the architect and owner's representative to develop an initial budget, design changes, and find cost savings. This project involved restructuring and framing of the facade, stucco, painting, and integration into the existing roof. For the safety of employees and patrons of the businesses as well as our personnel working on the project, an intense schedule had to be followed using lifts and temporary barricades that moved along in sections. We achieved our main goal to cause as little disruption to the businesses as possible during the process. For the finishing touch, two different colors of roofing panels were installed; the bronze for the anchor store, Winn-Dixie and galvanized for the remainder of the shopping center.
