DXL - Charleston, SC

Located at the Northwoods Marketplace in North Charleston, SC, this project was completed for the owner, RCG Ventures I, LLC.  The total 25,932 sf consisted of 8,719 sf shell work for DXL including structural, mechanical, and electrical, as well as 17,213 sf of abbreviated shell work for Petsmart.  It was completed in September of 2013 on time and within budget.
