Argos Builders, LLC completed this project for the landlord, RCG Ventures I, LLC. in Clarksville, TN.  The project was a build out of an existing 1,600 sf space into a shell for the tenant, Cosmo Prof.  This included reworking the fire protection, HVAC system, electrical, acoustical ceiling, new restroom, framing, drywall, and new storefront.  Argos Builders completed this project in May of 2016 on time & within budget.
