Beall's Department Store - Mineola, TX
Argos Builders, LLC completed this project for the owner, Stage Stores, Inc, in Mineola, TX. It was a 12,954 sf renovation of an existing space and expansion into an adjoining space for the Beall's Department Store. The project was constructed in phases completing the expansion side first, creating the openings between the two sides, and then finally remodeling the existing space. The project was completed in December of 2014 while the store remained open.
