Army/Navy/Marines Recruiting Offices - Tifton, GA

These projects were located at the Tifton Mall in Tifton, GA.  This was two separate contracts that were completed in conjunction with each other for the owner, RCG Ventures I, LLC in February of 2014.  The 986 sf Navy space and the 2,599 Army and Marines space were scheduled by phases to allow the offices to remain open and functioning.  This required coordination with the Army Corps of Engineers to ensure that all specifications and guidelines were being followed.
