Hancock Fabrics, Select Staffing, & It's Fashion-Clarksville, TN
These were three projects that we contracted and constructed simultaneously for the owner, RCG Ventures I, LLC. The property is located at the Hampton Plaza in Clarksville, TN. The Hancock Fabrics was strictly a facade enhancement and Select Staffing was a complete tenant interior build-out requiring most major trades. However, It's Fashion was both facade enhancements as well as an interior build out requiring all major trades. Using excellent time and management skills, these projects were completed approximately 4 weeks early in April of 2015 and within budget.
