Goody's - Pikeville, KY
This project was a 47,660 sf renovation of a Goody's Department Store located at the Weddington Plaza Shopping Center in Pikeville, KY. It was completed for Stage Stores, Inc. and remained open for business during the entire construction process. The renovation took place in stages where it was sectioned off to protect both patrons and merchandise, completed, and the process continued on another section. This project was completed in July of 2015 on time and within budget.
